¶ 1 This is a prosecution for rendering criminal assistance. The defendant refused to tell police the names of the assailants who shot him and shot and killed another person in his presence. He knew the names of the assailants and reported the name of an assailant to others but told police he did not know the names of the assailants. We conclude that this is sufficient evidence to support a conviction for first degree rendering criminal assistance...
