¶ 1 Puget Sound Environmental Corporation (PSE) sued Everett Shipyard, Inc. (ES) for breach of contract. Based on the contract provision that required the parties to arbitrate disputes, the superior court entered an order compelling arbitration and stayed the case pending the arbitration.
