ELLINGTON, J.

¶ 1 Seattle police officer Richard Roberson was suspended for 30 days as discipline for three incidents of misconduct. The Seattle Public Safety Civil Service Commission found that discipline was justified for only one of the incidents and reduced the suspension to seven days.

¶ 2 The question raised here is whether the review standard employed by the Commission is inconsistent with the statute establishing the city police civil service...
