¶ 1 Linda Young appeals the trial court's order granting summary judgment on her claims of informed consent, breach of contract, intentional misrepresentation, and violation of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA)1 in favor of Edward Savidge, DDS. We affirm the trial court's order granting summary judgment to Savidge on Young's informed consent and breach of contract claims because they are time barred.
