¶ 1 David Koenig appeals the trial court's order denying his motion for partial summary judgment and ruling that a victim impact statement and a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative (SSOSA) evaluation were exempt from disclosure under the Public Records Act (PRA), chapter 42.56 RCW.1 We affirm that victim impact statements are exempt from the PRA under the investigative record exemption, but we reverse the trial...
