¶ 1 Norman Black, Janis Warner, Cecilia Black, and Lester Black appeal the summary dismissal of their claims based on an automobile insurance policy issued by National Merit Insurance Company. The Blacks1 have failed in their burden to show that they are entitled to the benefits of insureds under the liability coverage provisions of the policy. We affirm.
