¶ 1 The question before us is whether the superior court properly dismissed an action to enforce an arbitration award under CR 12(b)(1) for lack of jurisdiction. The superior court had inherent jurisdiction over the civil action and we remand for the superior court to consider that matter. At the same time, we find that the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) had exclusive decision-making authority over which union rightfully performed...
