¶ 1 Rhonda Hos appeals her bench trial conviction for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. She argues that the trial court (1) erred in denying her motion to suppress evidence obtained in violation of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution and article I, section 7 of the Washington State Constitution and (2) violated her right to a jury trial by proceeding to a bench trial without her personal waiver.
