¶ 1 Coulter appeals the entry of judgment after a reasonableness hearing conducted under RCW 4.22.060. They argue that the trial court erred as a matter of law by offsetting possible future settlements against the judgment, in addition to the settlement agreements actually before the court. Because the plain language of RCW 4.22.060 does not allow the court to offset a judgment by settlements not before it, we remand for a correction of the judgment...
