¶ 1 This appeal follows the successful prosecution of a claim for abuse of process. The appellant first sued for defamation. The respondents then counterclaimed for abuse of process. The defamation case was ultimately dismissed and the case proceeded to a jury verdict in favor of the respondents on the abuse of process claim.
