¶ 1 Delbert Williams appeals the trial court's dismissal of his lawsuit against Leone & Keeble, Inc. (L & K) for lack of jurisdiction. He claims the trial court erred in concluding that res judicata bars relitigation of the issue of jurisdiction. We reject his argument and affirm.1
