¶ 1 This case involves a challenge to an order of the forfeiture of two automobiles pursuant to RCW 69.50.505, drug trafficking laws. Alan and Stephne Roos owned two cars that their son, Thomas, was found to be using for trafficking drugs. The hearing examiner found that the Rooses should have known of the illicit activities for which their cars were used and were, therefore, not considered "innocent owners...
