¶ 1 Tyrone Dentyroll Ford appeals his convictions for second and third degree child rape. We reverse and remand Ford's conviction on count I for second degree rape of a child and affirm Ford's conviction on count II for third degree rape of a child. Because we reverse count I, we vacate the lifetime no-contact order (NCO). But because we reverse on count I, we do not reach Ford's arguments on ineffective assistance of counsel and remaining community...
