¶ 1 This case arises from a wages dispute between two former executives of the Blue Frog Mobile corporation. Blue Frog terminated Jeffrey Moore, but agreed to pay him according to the terms of a severance agreement. Victor Siegel later decided Moore breached the severance agreement by submitting a declaration in a third party's litigation against Blue Frog.
