¶ 1 Unless the litigants in a superior court case have consented to the appointment of a judge pro tempore, an order entered by that judge is void for lack of jurisdiction. That rule requires us to invalidate the initial order of dependency that preceded the order terminating the parental rights of appellant Jenkins to one of his daughters.
