¶ 1 The issue before us in this personal restraint petition is whether Darnell Keeno Crawford received ineffective assistance of counsel. We hold that Crawford's counsel's failure to challenge Crawford's non-comparable Kentucky offense was prejudicial ineffective assistance of counsel that led to Crawford's designation as a persistent offender and his related life sentence.
