¶ 1 After Kitsap County started tax foreclosure proceedings against Linda and Daniel Plegers' real estate, Linda and Daniel sold their interest in the property to Cumulative, LLC and specifically assigned Cumulative their right to any "overage" (sale proceeds in excess of the delinquent tax amount).
