¶ 1 The Pierce County Juvenile Court imposed a disposition of 206 to 258 weeks on S.S.Y. after finding that he committed first degree assault and first degree robbery. S.S.Y. attacked S.C., violently kicking him in the head and ribs and punching him in the eye. S.C. is blind in one eye as a result of the attack. In addition, S.S.Y. stomped on S.C.'s hand, causing the boy to release his MP3 player, which S.S.Y. then stole. The juvenile court...
