¶ 1 Under chapter 10.99 RCW, certain crimes are designated by the prosecutor or the court as domestic violence crimes. It is neither necessary nor advisable to inform the jury that charges have been designated as domestic violence crimes under chapter 10.99 RCW. In this case, however, doing so was harmless. We affirm Warren Hagler's convictions, rejecting his remaining claims. But...
