¶ 1 Clark and Barbara Kinney appeal the summary dismissal of their August 1, 2007 suit alleging contract and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) violations against Kenneth Cook. The Kinneys contend the trial court erred in deciding their breach of stock-pledge agreement claims were time barred.
