¶ 1 Craig M. Buchanan appeals the trial court's post-dissolution clarification decision (1) ordering him to designate his former wife, Carolyn J. White, as military Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) beneficiary, (2) awarding $16,210 in unnecessarily incurred medical expenses, and (3) ordering $8,704 in attorney fees for Mr. Buchanan's intransigence in failing to notify Ms. White of his receipt of military pension payments.
