¶ 1 Leon Victoria was convicted of two counts of tampering with a witness. In calculating Victoria's offender score, the sentencing court declined to treat the two crimes as constituting the same criminal conduct. Multiple crimes constitute the same criminal conduct only if they involve the same victim.
