HOUGHTON, J.

¶ 1 Matthew Jagger appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to dismiss the charge of escape of a sexually violent predator under RCW 9A.76.115. He argues that the statute unconstitutionally criminalizes escape from a civil facility and violates both the double jeopardy clause and the equal protection guarantees of the Washington and United States constitutions. We disagree and affirm.
