¶ 1 A jury convicted Brandon Pedro Guerra of one count of first degree assault, one count of second degree assault, and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm. Pursuant to RCW 9.94A.533(3), he received a firearm enhancement on the first degree assault conviction and a deadly weapon enhancement on the second degree assault conviction.
