¶ 1 A person is guilty of voyeurism if he or she views another person for the purpose of sexual gratification where the other person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. The defendant here watched a man and a woman having sex from outside the couple's apartment, through the window blinds. Because the plain language of the statute protects each individual from invasions of privacy, we hold the unit of prosecution to be each victim whose privacy...
