¶ 1 Where there is no issue of joint and several liability and plaintiffs seek damages only for injuries caused by a single defendant's negligence, there is no need to instruct the jury to segregate damages caused by intentional conduct. In this case, two teenagers on a bus were attacked by unknown assailants.
