¶ 1 Kevin Hendrickson was charged with possession of stolen property and identity theft. At trial, some of the charges were dismissed, Hendrickson was convicted of others, and the jury could not reach a unanimous verdict on the possession charge. After sentencing on the convictions, the State moved to dismiss the possession charge without prejudice, submitting a proposed order that the trial court signed.
