¶ 1 Cecila Bazaldua Garcia fled Mexico to Mason County with HI, her son fathered by Hector Eduardo Iturribarria Perez. Iturribarria filed a petition under the Hague Convention for the return of HI, citing wrongful removal from Mexico.
