¶ 1 Anthony Lee appeals his judgment and sentence for one count of possession of cocaine, contending that evidence of his drug possession should have been suppressed as the fruit of an unlawful seizure. However, based on the totality of the circumstances, the arresting police officers had a reasonable and articulable suspicion that Lee possessed narcotics, premised upon a citizen informant's statements and one of the officer's personal observations...
