¶ 1 Attorney fees are not included in an offer to settle all claims made under a statutory scheme that defines those attorney fees as costs. Thus, the plaintiff's acceptance of such an offer does not preclude her from recovering attorney fees pursuant to another statute. The trial court is affirmed.
