¶ 1 Judith Patterson claims that she is the daughter of former Exxon president and chairman Myron A. Wright and a woman, not his wife, with whom he had a love affair long ago. Based on this claim, Patterson petitioned the superior court for a determination that she is a beneficiary of the estate of Josephine Wright, Myron Wright's widow. Josephine Wright died testate, leaving a will that devised a portion of her residuary estate to the "lawful descendants...
