¶ 1 Leonard Browning leases two pieces of property from Barbara Drake. These properties are located in Pend Oreille County. In 2006, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) forester Marc LeClaire issued two stop work orders prohibiting any further timber harvesting on the properties.
