¶ 1 Appellant Graeme George was convicted of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The superior court affirmed. We granted discretionary review, and now reverse and remand for dismissal with prejudice. The citation for possession of drug paraphernalia contained insufficient notice of the elements of the crime; the trial judge improperly refused to give an unwitting possession instruction unless George testified; and the evidence...
