¶ 1 During dissolution proceedings, Robin Freeman obtained an ex parte order of protection against Rob Freeman that was made permanent upon full hearing in 1998. Rob1 was in the military and did not return to Washington or contact Robin after their dissolution. In 2006, after Rob was injured in Iraq, he attempted to modify the permanent order, which prevented him from obtaining a security clearance to continue...
