¶ 1. Plaintiff-appellant Kathleen Vanderbloom filed an action against the State of Vermont, alleging that it negligently designed and constructed a state highway, causing her to suffer injuries in a car crash. The superior court granted summary judgment to the State on sovereign-immunity grounds. We affirm.
