¶ 1. Claimant Katrina Blue appeals from an Employment Security Board decision denying her claim for unemployment compensation benefits. Claimant contends the Board erred in: (1) finding that she was disqualified from receiving benefits because she left her employment voluntarily; and (2) assigning her the burden of proof.
