¶ Plaintiff appeals the dismissal of his complaint against defendant Howard Manosh. The original complaint listed Vermont Asbestos Group (VAG) as the only defendant. Plaintiff subsequently filed proposed amendments to his complaint to add as a defendant the president and CEO of VAG, Howard Manosh.
