ENTRY ORDER

¶ 1. Defendant appeals from his conviction of burglary following a jury trial in Lamoille District Court. Defendant argues that the State failed to produce enough evidence with regard to the intent element of this offense and that the jury instructions on this element were confusing and prejudicial.
