Mother appeals the Rutland Family Court order awarding her primary rights and responsibilities of the parties' minor child until March 1, 2010, at which time the rights and responsibilities automatically shift to father for the remainder of the child's minority. On appeal, mother contends that the order's provision automatically shifting the rights and responsibilities to father is unlawful and that we are compelled by principles of res judicata...
