ENTRY ORDER

¶ 1. Claimant David Shaddy appeals from an Employment Security Board determination that he was not entitled to unemployment benefits because he had been fired for gross misconduct connected with his work. We conclude that the administrative law judge abused his discretion by not issuing claimant's requested subpoenas and reverse and remand.
