¶ 1. Michael Gregoire appeals from the trial court's order granting equitable relief to his parents Janet and Armand Gregoire in this property dispute. The court concluded that parents had named Michael as a joint tenant in a deed solely for estate planning purposes, and that under all of the circumstances, it would be inequitable to allow Michael to receive half of the rental income from this property during parents' lifetimes.
