SKOGLUND, J.

¶ 1. Employee Robert Stoll appeals the Chittenden Superior Court's dismissal of his workers' compensation appeal for lack of jurisdiction. We affirm. Employee further asks that we grant his motions for leave to file an untimely direct appeal from the Commissioner's decision and to consolidate his appeals. We deny these motions.
