Joel Davidson was employed by the Department of Public Safety (DPS) until he was dismissed without just cause on January 17, 2006. He took this appeal from a Vermont Labor Relations Board decision denying him back pay for a period of eight months during which the Board determined that he had made "no reasonable efforts" to secure employment. We hold that the Board erred in concluding that this determination precluded Davidson from recovering...
