Appellant Ronnie Lee Stone pled guilty to five counts of distribution of cocaine, second or subsequent offense, one count of possession of a firearm while possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. As to the five cocaine distribution offenses, the circuit court sentenced Stone to an active sentence equal to the mandatory minimum sentence of three years of imprisonment on each offense under Code § 18.2...
