JAMES W. HALEY, JR., Judge.

Larry George Snellings ("claimant") appeals the determination of the Workers' Compensation Commission ("the commission") that the presumption in Code § 65.2-402 does not apply to his claim for benefits under the Workers' Compensation Act ("Act"). Finding no error in the commission's decision, we affirm.
