Virginia Tree Harvesters, Inc. and Companion Property & Casualty Insurance Company (collectively employer), challenge the decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission (commission) which found George W. Shelton (claimant), suffered a compensable injury by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment.
