ALSTON JR., Judge.
Darren D. Snowden (appellant) appeals his conviction of failing to appear in violation of Code § 19.2-128. On appeal, appellant argues that the circuit court "erred when it overruled Appellant's objection to the entry of all of the Commonwealth's exhibits in the second trial." Finding no error, we affirm.
