Christopher Alexander Snyder ("appellant") appeals a decision of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission ("commission") holding that appellant's injury did not arise out of his employment with the City of Richmond Police Department ("employer") and thus was not a compensable injury. On appeal, appellant contends that the "Commission erred in finding that ... [his] accidental fall and his right leg injury did not arise out of a risk of his employment...
