Ceon Maurice Fauntleroy (appellant) appeals the trial court's pre-trial denial of his motion to suppress illegal drugs that were seized from his vehicle during an inventory search by the police. Appellant argues on appeal that his vehicle was not lawfully impounded, and, thus, he contends that the resulting inventory search of his vehicle violated the Fourth Amendment.
