Ronald Stuart Murry, Jr., ("Murry") was convicted by the Circuit Court of Hanover County ("circuit court") of one count of rape in violation of Code § 18.2-61, four counts of aggravated sexual battery in violation of Code § 18.2-67.3(A)(1), and one count of aggravated sexual battery in violation of Code § 18.2-67.3(A)(3).
